Developing resilience and promoting wellbeing in Australia’s secondary school students

Improving the lives of hundreds of students since 2017

Why is Resilience Building Important?

With up to 35% of high school students reporting high levels of anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions, equipping students with mental wellbeing strategies is more important than ever.

Good mental health practices developed in teenage years create building blocks for life, allowing young people to lay down foundational beliefs and strategies that will be applicable throughout future challenges.

The program’s emphasis on character building is equally commendable, fostering qualities such as integrity, empathy, and responsibility that are essential for personal and interpersonal success.
