Last week at RAMS, we introduced the Samoan milli, a powerful chant traditionally led by the head leader or captain to command respect and unite the team. It was incredible to see how quickly it focused the kids, drawing their attention and creating a sense of togetherness. They responded with enthusiasm, and it really set the tone for the day!

We followed this up with a martial arts session to teach impulse control, channeling that same energy into self-discipline. Such a great combo for learning focus and respect! 💪🏽🎯
